Villa D
• Internal bathroom wall tiling commenced with the floor tiling to proceed by late February
• External DuRock render complete
Villa F
• Internal bathroom wall tiling commenced with the floor tiling to proceed late February
• External DuRock render complete
MEP Building
• Gutters and down pipes installed
• External render brought up to stage to receive the final coat of DuRock
• External MEP services tanks installed to the rear of the building awaiting final connections
• Internal floor tiling commenced to the chemical, IT, male and female toilets
Externals
• Internal walls to the lagoon/trough now rendered and floor screed complete to trough and the lagoon base
• All plumbing pipe work to the lagoon pump house now complete
• Pool pump house equipment now installed along with the electrical supply cable
• Pergolas within the main centre circle being erected
• Pergola foundations to the entrance gates being constructed and erected
